PRIVACY POLICY

Your game. Your choices.

This policy explains how information is handled when you play Alloyfall: Idle Refinery.

Effective September 2, 2026

Who we are

Alloyfall Games, operated by Arya Ghorbani, provides Alloyfall: Idle Refinery. For privacy questions or requests, contact alloyfall22@gmail.com.

Information handled by the game

The game does not require an account. Game progress, settings, player-selected display names, scores, and tournament results are stored locally on the device in the current version. Information that stays only on the device is not transmitted to Alloyfall Games.

If you contact support, we receive the email address, message, attachments, and device or diagnostic details you choose to send. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, banking information, or other sensitive information.

Rewarded advertising

Alloyfall uses Unity LevelPlay/ironSource and its mediation partners to provide optional rewarded videos. Unless the Remove Ads entitlement is active, the advertising service may initialize and load an available ad when the game starts, even if you decide not to watch a video. Depending on the active advertising network, device settings, region, and consent choices, advertising providers may process:

  • device and advertising identifiers;
  • ad views, interactions, completion, and product interaction;
  • performance and diagnostic information;
  • device characteristics and approximate location derived from an IP address.

Rewarded videos are optional and are not required for normal play. LevelPlay may use third-party advertising networks, and the active networks can vary by region and availability.

App Store purchases

Purchases are provided through Unity In-App Purchasing and processed by Apple through the App Store. Alloyfall Games does not receive payment-card or bank-account details. Unity and Apple may process product and transaction identifiers, receipts, purchase status, restore history, entitlement information, device and installation identifiers, session identifiers, device information, and country information to operate purchases, restore access, and prevent fraud.

How information is used and shared

Information is used to operate the game, deliver advertising rewards and purchases, diagnose technical problems, answer support requests, prevent fraud or abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Information may be processed by Unity Technologies through LevelPlay/ironSource, its advertising partners, Unity In-App Purchasing and related Unity services, and by Apple for App Store purchases. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect users, the game, or legal rights.

Your choices

iOS controls access to advertising identifiers and cross-app tracking. If the app or an advertising provider presents a tracking or consent choice, you may decline it. You can also review available controls under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Limiting tracking does not stop normal play, although advertisements may be less personalized.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Send requests to alloyfall22@gmail.com.

Retention, security, and international processing

Local game data remains on the device until it is reset or the app is removed. Support correspondence is kept only as reasonably necessary to resolve the request, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no storage or transmission system is completely secure.

Unity, Apple, advertising networks, and their providers may retain information under their own policies and may process it in countries outside the player's country, subject to applicable safeguards.

Children

Alloyfall is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly request personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so it can be investigated and deleted where appropriate.
